Calico Abstract
The Calico Abstract is one of my abstract series. I collect cut offs from a local furniture maker until I have enough to create an assemblage piece. The idea of the abstracts is to put them together with as close to no cutting as possible. This one is made of many different types of wood and is 32” x 28”

Cutting boards
My cutting boards are made from cutoffs from a local butcher block furniture company. They have both a serving side and a beechwood cutting side. They are very durable . The one shown is 10” x 12”. I have a few different ones on hand in larger sizes. Contact m for pics.

Imaginary Moon #6
Imaginary moons are a series I do using a process called acrylic suspension. Acrylic suspension is something I made up. Each moon is created by sprinkling different sawdusts into an acrylic finish. The moons end up with 50 to 100 layers and can take up to a year to make. I call them “ Imaginary Moons” since they are just made up and not based on any real image, but the idea is to make them look like they could be. This one is 14 3/4” in diameter.

Solid Wood Ukuleles
I make “Bailey Ukuleles”, solid wood tenor ukuleles. This is cherry and sapele uke. All necks are splined and hand carved. Nut and saddle are bone. I currently have 4 or 5 at my studio and Vig Guitars in St. Paul also carries my ukuleles. The prices range between $575 for a solid cherry ukulele to $1100 for an all redwood ukulele. Walnut Prism
The walnut prism is 22’” x 28”. Each individual piece was hand cut and planed. It has a beveled figured maple frame. I called this the Walnut Prism because if it is displayed in natural light the colors of all the individual walnut pieces change color with the direction and angle that sunlight hits it.

Wine Table
I have made a series of wine tables over the past years. This one has Brazilian Cherry top (22” x 32”) and the base is made from walnut. The table features hand planed glass holders made of walnut and shelf designed to stack wine bottles. Table height is 35”. Contact me for more pics or to schedule a time to see it.
