Visit the Meditation Center on May 21st..  Experience the Center’s class offerings by taking a free hatha class at 9:00 a.m. and a free meditation class at 10:30 a.m.

Browse our bookstore, have a cup of tea, and chat with some of our members and teachers to learn more about our classes, workshops and retreats. Come enjoy the peaceful, quiet, and serene space that is The Meditation Center.
